- Must possess a VALID TEXAS DRIVER’S LICENSE
- Have a high school diploma or GED certificate
- Social Security card
- MUST NOT HAVE BEEN CONVICTED by federal, state, or any other law enforcement authorities for any violation of any federal, state, county, or municipal law, regulation, or ordinance (other than minor traffic violations)
- MUST NOT HAVE PRIOR CONFIRMATION of abuse, neglect, exploitation, or misappropriation
