It can be tough for an adult with intellectual disabilities to find proper employment in such a competitive market. Fortunately, they can get the support and training that they need from Sheltered Workshops and Pre-Vocational programs. This arrangement offers individuals with disabilities — who do not possess ample skill or competencies — suitable employment and/or vocational training.
